Here is my Monday "rest day run". Now I know I just said Sunday night that I was going to learn my lesson and take some rest but it was 50 degrees out! After such a long winter I owed it to treat myself to a nice run in warm weather. It was awesome for the first couple miles until I overheated not used to the temps :) Still I appreciated the weather break and had a couple nice splits for a casual run.
